Yarn Guide Ring

This yarn guide ring is suitable for both English-style knitting and Continental-style knitting.

They are available in only one size, but you can try pulling the ends to adjust it.  Additionally, using a hair dryer or hot water to heat it up and pulling the ends can also help with adjusting.   You can also use a microwave to heat it up.
